Class of 2022 Senior Dues

  • Senior Dues are $115 - Due by November 10th, 2022
  • Dues can be paid in cash or money order.
  • Please make money orders payable to Ms. Bello-Andrews or Ms. Middleton.

Senior dues include:

  • Cap & Gown & Diploma Case
  • Senior Pictures (sitting fee & 2 5x7 prints)
  • Yearbook
  • Senior bag & T-Shirt

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of the Class of 2023,
 
Senior year is an exciting, yet expensive, one because it is filled with culminating activities, events and celebrations. Thus, please read this letter carefully so you understand the cost of items and the policies about payment, refund and optional
versus required senior activities.
 
1. Senior Dues are $115 and are MANDATORY!
Senior Dues Cover: Graduation cap/gown/tassel, diploma case, 2023 keychain, Senior class bag, Senior t-shirt, Yearbook. Senior portrait sitting, 2 - 5x7 Senior pictures, graduation venue. If Senior dues are not paid in full, payment for senior prom will not be accepted. Senior Dues ($115) Due - November 10th, 2022
Senior Dues DO NOT Cover: the cost of senior prom ($150), additional senior picture packages [cost varies], and senior class ring [$60-$1051. PROM, PICTURE PACKAGES AND RINGS ARE ALL OPTIONAL AND AN ADDITIONAL COST!
 
2. Refund Policy:
a. Senior Dues - There will be NO refunds for senior dues, If by the end of the year, your student does not meet the DOE and/or BCAM's requirements for graduation, they will receive their senior package but will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
b. Prom and Trip - Prom will be in June. From tickets are $150 per person, If we do not meet the minimum required amount of guests, prom will be cancelled and we will refund all money
c. Trip- planning will begin in the summer. Cost TBD
d. Refund - Any refund will be issued with a bank check.
 
Payment Methods:
a. Payments will be collected by Ms. Middleton w/cash or money order. Money order should be made out to Brooklyn Community Arts & Media High School. No personal checks, cash apps or debit cards will be accepted.
b. All students will be issued a receipt upon payment.
c. Families do not have to bring the entire sum in at once, but must have the sum paid in full by the due date.
