Dear BCAM Families:

We hope this 2025-26 BCAM Return to School Family Letter finds you well. We welcome our returning classes: our Senior Class of 2026; our Junior Class of 2027; our Sophomore Class of 2028. And we welcome our new Freshman Class of 2029! Below are different items for your information and interest. Important September Dates

   • Monday, Sept 8–Fri, Sept 19:  Sign up for BCAM 1st Semester Extra Curricular Programs
   • Wednesday, Sept 10:  BCAM Family Coffee & Conversations 10:00am via Zoom Video
   • Friday, Sept 12:  BCAM Back to School Celebration for Students & Families 12:30pm-2:30pm
   • Monday, Sept 15:  BCAM 1st Semester Extra Curricular Programs begin
   • Thursday, Sept 25:  BCAM PTA Fall Elections 5:00pm-5:30pm via Zoom Video
                                              BCAM Curricular Welcome Evening 5:30pm – 7:00pm, via Zoom Video

Important Start of School Information

   • All new and returning BCAM students will receive their new academic programs when arriving the morning of Thursday, Sept 4.
   • All students are required to move through electronic scanning and store phones/devices in provided Yondr Pouches each day 8:20am-2:40pm beginning Sept 4. Returning students should bring their pouches to use. New students will receive a              new pouch free of charge. Replacement pouches are       $15.

2025-26 Required Supplies

   • Large 3-ring binder for all classes & 6 spiral notebooks for each academic class
   • Full supply of notebook paper, pencils, black/blue pens, highlighters
   • Graphing calculator
   • All BCAM students will be provided lockers/locks, BCAM IDs, and laptops to use in-school.

Our Kinvo-Texting Information System   

   • BCAM Kinvo-Texting & Parent Coordinator Emails: We must have every parent/family member’s correct cell phone and email address. Please email Ms. Westbrooks (rwestbrooks2@schools.nyc.gov) to provide correct and updated information.

2025 Summer School Classes & August Regent Exams

Thank you to all the students who attended our summer school sessions, and also to those students who attended and gave best effort on the August Regent exams. Students and families may find both summer school grades and Regent exam results in their NYCSA Account: www.schoolsaccount.nyc . And students will review their official transcripts, including updated grades and exam scores, when returning in a few weeks.
